Privacy policy
This policy stipulates the handling of Personal Information (as defined in Article 2) collected by Science Arts Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us”) when providing our website or this Service (as defined in Article 2).

Article 3: Legal compliance
When handling Personal Information, we will comply with the Telecommunications Business Law, APPI, guidelines on APPI, guidelines on the protection of Personal Information in telecommunications business, and other laws and guidelines related to our services.
Article 4: Personal Information to be acquired

We will acquire the following Personal Information through lawful and fair means. In addition, when acquiring information as required by law to treat as “Special care-required Personal Information,” we shall obtain the consent of the customer.
● Information obtained by us in writing, on the website, or orally in order to provide our services (This Service is included. hereinafter the same). When you answer a call with a customer, we may record the call to confirm the content of the inquiry and to improve the service.
● Voice, text and images (contains bar codes, etc.), video and other information you send to other users while using our service.
● Information obtained from public organizations such as residents' votes.
● Information obtained from published sources such as telephone directories and official gazettes.
● Information acquired from credit information agencies.
● Information legally obtained from other third parties.
In addition, as you use our services, we may acquire access information obtained using technologies such as cookies (cookie), webbeacons (web beacon), and advertising identifiers, as well as location information transmitted from their terminals (including information automatically obtained through our systems, etc.). This information shall be treated as Personal Information when a specific individual becomes identifiable.

The Service obtains your facial expression data (“Facial Data”) from Apple Inc.’s “TrueDepth API”.
Article 5: Purpose of use

● Providing, maintaining and protecting our products and services.

● Announcement of information on the contents, support, maintenance, and after-sales service of our products and services, information on changes to the Terms of Use, etc., and information on updates, etc.
● Investigation and response in the event of failure, failure, or accident in our products, services, networks, etc.

[Applicable to the Service]
The Service uses your Facial Data obtained from Apple Inc.’s “TrueDepth API” only for the face authentication function. We will delete the Facial Data immediately after its use in the facial authentication and will not hold such data.
Article 6: Provision to third parties
We will not provide Personal Data to any third party except for a case permitted under laws and regulations. When disclosing information in accordance with laws and regulations, we will comply with APPI and other applicable laws and regulations.
Article 7: Outsourcing
We may entrust a third party to handle some or all of its Personal Information (Only those that are structured systematically to be searchable) to the extent necessary to achieve the Purpose of Use. W supervises the contractor to manage Personal Information appropriately and safely.
Article 8: Joint use
When conducting joint business activities with third parties, we may share Personal Information (only those that are structured systematically to be searchable) necessary for such activities. In this case, the purpose of use, data items, the scope of users, and the person in charge of management shall be clarified in advance, and the person concerned shall be notified or announced. We will also ensure that its joint users are committed to the proper and secure management of their Personal Information.

● If there is a request for disclosure, we will respond within a reasonable period and scope.
● When a request for notice of the purpose of utilization is made, the notice shall be given within a reasonable period and scope.
● Any request for correction, addition or deletion (Hereinafter referred to as “Correction”.) will be investigated without delay. If, as a result, the contents are not true or the handling is found to be inappropriate, Corrections will be made without delay within a reasonable period and scope.
● In the event of a request to suspend or delete the use of Personal Information (Hereinafter referred to as “Suspension of Use”.) or to discontinue its provision to a third party, the Company will conduct Suspension of Use of Personal Information or discontinue its provision to a third party within a reasonable period and scope. Please note that these measures may prevent us from providing services that meet your needs.
[Method of Claiming]
Please contact the inquiry counter below. I will send you the application documents required by us, so please send them together with the necessary documents by mail or e-mail. The Personal Information contained in each document shall be used only for the purpose of responding to requests, etc.

Copy of your driver's license, passport (Passport), Basic Resident Registration Card with your photo, health insurance card, seal registration certificate, Individual Number Card, or other documents separately designated by us.
(2) In the case of an agent
a document certifying authorization or legal representation
Copy of the agent's driver's license, passport (Passport), basic resident register card with a facial photograph, health insurance card, seal registration certificate, personal number card and other documents individually designated by us.
[Fees]
A fee of JPY 1,000 (Tax included) will be charged per 1 disclosure request. Please transfer the money to the account designated by us. Please bear the bank transfer fee.
[Cases where Claim cannot be Accepted]
In the following cases, we may not be able to respond to requests regarding retained Personal Data.
● If the identity cannot be confirmed
● not subject to the above procedure
● Cases where the object of claim does not fall under the Retained Personal Data
● Cases where there is a risk of harming the life, body, property, or other rights and interests of the Customer or a third party
● Cases where there is a risk of significant hindrance to the proper implementation of our business
● Violate the law.
Article 11: Complaints regarding the handling of retained Personal Data
We will appropriately and promptly process complaints regarding the use, provision, disclosure or correction, suspension of use, or other handling of retained Personal Data. In either case, please note that we cannot accept requests from direct visitors.
Article 12: Changes to this Policy
1. We shall review the operation of the handling of Personal Information as appropriate, shall endeavor for continuous improvement, and may change this Policy as necessary.
2. In spite of the preceding paragraph, when the content of this Policy is changed such that the consent of the user is required by law, the consent of the user is obtained by a method separately prescribed by us.
3. This Policy after the change in the preceding two paragraphs will be announced on the Service, on our website, or in any other way that is easy to understand.
