About pricing

■ All prices on this web page are exclusive of tax.
■ The price varies depending on the number of users.
■ Please contact us if you wish to purchase more than 100 users.

About plan

■ It is not possible to mix plans within a contract. If you want to have different plans, please divide your contract into multiple contracts.
■ If you want to use different plans, please divide your contract into multiple contracts.
■ You can upgrade your plan within the contract period only with an annual contract. You will need to pay the difference. Downgrading a plan within the contract period is not possible. Downgrading of plans within the contract period is not possible, and can only be done at the time of contract renewal. If you change your plan from TalkEnterprise to LivecastLite, it will be treated as a downgrade. No refunds will be made if you cancel your subscription before the end of the contract period.

About easy login

■ You can log in using the URL issued to you, without using your ID or password.

About livecast

■ The maximum limit for LiveCast is 10GB/month/user (approximately 10 hours of sending, receiving, and playback).
If you reach the limit, you may continue to use the service, but we may discuss the fee with you.

About speech-to-text

■ The maximum amount of voice texting is 10 hours/month/user.
You can continue to use the service even if you reach the limit, but we may discuss the fee.
■ Microsoft Azure Cognitive Services Speech to Text API is used as the engine for speech-to-text conversion.
Supported languages are as follows.
Japanese, English, Chinese, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Korean, Finnish, Dutch, Polish (13 languages).

About transceiver translation

■ The maximum limit for transceiver translation is 180,000 characters/month/user.
You can continue to use the service even if you reach the limit, but we may discuss the price.
■ Users can choose Microsoft Translate, Google Translate, or DeepL as the engine for transceiver translation after signing the contract.
The supported languages vary depending on the engine.

About global App Settings

■ Batch management of application settings allows you to restrict functions and centrally manage settings. Please refer to the user guide for details.

About audit Trail

■ You can obtain the audit logs of the following operations performed in the management console. ・Login (login success/failure)
・Playback and download of call history (group calls/individual calls)
・Changing IP address restriction settings.
　*The audit log can be saved for two years.

About 1 month data storage

■ With the 1 month extension of history storage, data stored in 24 hours of history storage will be stored for 1 month.
If the amount of data stored is extremely large, you may be asked to shorten the storage period.
